JOB SUMMARY

We are a total supply chain and logistics company established in 2011. We currently have an opening, and therefore seek a result-oriented individual who can contribute innovative ideas, relish challenges, and possess the drive and vision to excel to fill the position of an Assistant Officer- Human Resources. We offer competitive remuneration.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in a related field
  • 2 years experience in a similar role

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an effective and efficient electronic and hard copy filing system and when necessary, retrieve documents from the filing system.
  • Manage the HR department’s incoming and outgoing mail register.
  • Coordinate Logistics for HR projects such as staff meetings, training, interviews, and staff orientation.
  • Maintain a recruitment database and archive CVs
  • Assist with sending invites to candidates, preparing the necessary documentation for interviews, conducting background checks, and coordinating pre-employment tests.
  • Follow up with the Conveyors registration process
  • Manage staff HMO, welfare benefits- Births, weddings, death, etc
  • Process contract staff monthly timesheets
  • Administer the leave tracker and follow up with leave approvals.
  • Carry out HR clerical work such as photocopy and scanning of documents as well as sending to appropriate quarters and follow up to retrieve acknowledgment copies.
  • Carry out attendance analysis for the headquarters and region and generate a weekly report.
  • Process renewal of Group Life Assurance, NSITF, Health Insurance, and Fidelity Insurance.
  • Monitor the ID card and call card production process.
  • Any other task as assigned by the supervisor.
