Responsibilities:

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working with the product set-up team to ensure products are set-up correctly and visible on site.
  • Aligning with online trading, SEO, content coordinators, UX and product teams on setting up and positioning new categories within the website
  • Working closely with the digital performance team on search visibility and new customer acquisition across new categories and dropship
  • Being an integral dotted line member of the new business category squad
  • Monitoring daily trading performance and taking remedial action to drive performance where needed.
  • Daily/weekly trading reporting and analysis turning this into actionable insight.
  • Working closely across merchandising, design, marketing and buying teams to ensure the smooth planning and launch of promotions.
  • Support new business manager with reporting performance in preparation for trade calls, reviews, planning meetings.
  • Work with marketing channels to understand and communicate key deals, optimising text-ads, maintaining competitiveness in affiliate market and finding new opportunities.
  • Homepage, Universe, Category organisation and prioritisation with GTM and optimisation post-go live. Understand the performance of brand and categories for area to give data led recommendations on positioning and copy and imagery.
