REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2-4 years of management experience
• Comfortable working in the funeral industry
• To converse well in both English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and monks)
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Good team player with good interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated, meticulous, and independent
• Strong organization skills
• Possess class 3 driver license
• Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime

• Transfer, Sending and Funeral
• Timely prepare monthly schedule for ground staff
• Safekeep and in charge of petty cash, and vehicles matter
• Work closely with all departments
• Administer the Customer Service Team, assist the team in phone manning and managing the funeral parlours
• Administer the Operations Team and ensuring that company policies and processes are properly conveyed to them
• Assisting the Human Resources Team in the employment of talents
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned
