JOB SUMMARY
This role involves coordinating staff, managing resources, analyzing financial data, and ensuring that the business operates efficiently and profitably. The Assistant Operations Manager leverages experience in FMCG and finance to contribute to strategic decision-making and operational improvements.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:
- Assist in ensuring a high standard of customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement initiatives to enhance the guest experience and increase customer satisfaction.
- Support the execution of marketing promotions and events to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience (3+ years) in operations management, preferably in the hospitality industry, with a background in FMCG and finance.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using business management software and tools.
