MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Canada: College or University degree (or equivalent) in a life sciences-related field
- US: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience at Centricity Research, OR
- 3+ years in clinical research with a minimum of 1 year in a management role
ESSENTIAL (PREREQUISITE) SKILLS:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong clinical, interpretive, and analytical skills for planning and execution of projects
- Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities
- In-depth knowledge of ICH GCP, FDA and Health Canada Division 5 guidelines

Responsibilities:
As our Assistant Operations Manager (Phase I),youll be the backbone of our site, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Working closely with our Operations Manager and Principal Investigators, youll:
- Coordinate and manage clinical trials from beginning to end, making sure all protocols are followed with precision.
- Lead a team of 5 awesome research professionals, providing guidance and ensuring the team stays on track.
- Play a key role in recruiting, screening, and enrolling study participants, helping our trials hit their targets.
- Ensuring all study assessments are done correctly.
- Ensure data integrity by supporting quality control checks and preparing for audits.
- Work alongside top clinical research professionals and Principal Investigators, learning from the best and helping to shape the future of research.
