Description:
- Report directly to Operations Manager for your day to day operations
- Handle opening and closing of outlet
- Manage daily sales and motivate the team members
- Implement effect promotions to hit daily sale target
- Manage staff grievances and provide effective counselling
- Plan staff roster and cover staff absence when necessary
- Incharge inventory and ordering of goods
- Maintain and upkeep kitchen hygiene standard
- Participate in product promotions
