Description:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Head of HR role within a fast-paced, growing hospitality or retail business.
- A degree and/or HR qualification (CIPD level 5 minimum) preferred.
- Strong experience in building and maintaining culture within rapidly growing organisations.
- Ability to quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence.
- Non-political approach and ability to work effectively at multiple organisational levels.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.

- Support development and implementation of a comprehensive people strategy that aligns seamlessly with our business growth plans.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to plan, lead, and execute people-related projects across the organisation.
- Establish brand as an employer of choice, utilising innovative methods to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Foster a high-performance and development culture, overseeing quality performance conversations and promoting excellence.
- Drive effective succession planning and cultivate a well-resourced talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs.
- Champion employee engagement by evaluating, identifying, and addressing engagement trends, and measure the successful implementation of initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on various people matters to business leaders and line management.
