Description:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Head of HR role within a fast-paced, growing hospitality or retail business.
  • A degree and/or HR qualification (CIPD level 5 minimum) preferred.
  • Strong experience in building and maintaining culture within rapidly growing organisations.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence.
  • Non-political approach and ability to work effectively at multiple organisational levels.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
    You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support development and implementation of a comprehensive people strategy that aligns seamlessly with our business growth plans.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to plan, lead, and execute people-related projects across the organisation.
  • Establish brand as an employer of choice, utilising innovative methods to attract and retain top-tier talent.
  • Foster a high-performance and development culture, overseeing quality performance conversations and promoting excellence.
  • Drive effective succession planning and cultivate a well-resourced talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs.
  • Champion employee engagement by evaluating, identifying, and addressing engagement trends, and measure the successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on various people matters to business leaders and line management.
