The main focus of your job will be:

  • Comprehensive recruitment process from posting advertisements, organizing interviews to actively participating in selection procedures.
  • Employment law agenda - preparation and management of employment contracts, amendments and other documents in accordance with Czech legislation
  • Communication and active cooperation with all employees and managers across the company
  • Cooperation with external payroll accountant, preparation of payroll documents
  • Collaboration on projects within the P&C department
  • Benefits administration and employee care
