The main focus of your job will be:
- Comprehensive recruitment process from posting advertisements, organizing interviews to actively participating in selection procedures.
- Employment law agenda - preparation and management of employment contracts, amendments and other documents in accordance with Czech legislation
- Communication and active cooperation with all employees and managers across the company
- Cooperation with external payroll accountant, preparation of payroll documents
- Collaboration on projects within the P&C department
- Benefits administration and employee care
