Responsibilities:
The Assistant Practitioner will provide rehabilitation and support within the ITOC team, in a variety of settings. This role requires a motivated and dynamic person to work within our established service, and it is essential that you have experience in working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
You will have experience of treating patients with complex disability/orthopaedic conditions/delirium dementia and falls. Experience of being flexible and working in a variety of unplanned care settings i.e. A&E, with Frail patients in the community and Discharge support in the Acute Hospital and in our Recovery hub.
You must have good communication skills and flexible approach. A formal Assistant Practitioner qualification is desirable, but at least willingness to work towards this is essential. If you can use your own initiative, be flexible in your approach, and are motivated to be part of a dynamic service and want to work in an amazing supportive team, come and join us.
