As Assistant Principal, you’ll be a vital member of our Senior Leadership Team, driving our inclusion agenda and shaping a dynamic and forward-thinking curriculum that equips our students with the skills and knowledge they need for a fulfilling adult life. You will:

  • Lead and manage the development and implementation of a dynamic and forward-thinking curriculum that fosters student attainment and progress, empowering our pupils to gain essential skills, knowledge, and experience for positive progression into adult life.
  • Inspire and motivate a team of senior and middle leaders to maximise the outcomes and opportunities for our students with special needs.
  • Champion innovative teaching methods and create an environment where both staff and students feel inspired and empowered to excel.
  • Play a key role in the ongoing development of our outstanding Academy, drawing on your proven track record in school improvement and your understanding of the unique needs of pupils with complex needs
