• Degree Qualification in Business, Engineering, Finance or Supply Chain related is preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a Procurement/supply chain role either in a FMCG industry or in a large complex organization with strong portfolio and market expertise
• Strong negotiation skills, and business & commercial acumen
• Strong people and stakeholder Management Skills
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical and story-telling skills
• Change and crisis management experience for global/large programs is an advantage
• Background/experience in data analytics is an advantage

JOB PURPOSE

The Assistant Procurement Manager – PH will hold the overall responsibility for the E2E Procurement management of Raw Materials for Unilever RFM Ice Cream (Selecta).
The role will be instrumental in the delivery of Procurement strategies aligned with BU strategy & agenda, delivering profitability & growth through competitive buying, driving resiliency and savings, and ensuring superior service and products by building strong partnership governance with our suppliers.
This role will report to the Procurement Manager for Ice Cream PH.
