Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Experience in F&B or Hospitality industry is a must
  • Well knowledge in Food Item
  • Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Positive work attitude
  • Good administrative, negotiation, and problem solving skills
  • Mature, able to handle multi-tasking.

Responsibilities:

In charge of purchasing and support activities of the Procurement Department at the Singapore Head Office, including new projects under various brands, and support the direction of the Group.

  • Performing overseeing activities related to procurement of materials, equipment and services.
  • Managing and directs a team of buyers to achieve company objectives.
  • Conduct supplier analysis and evaluate potential suppliers
  • Manage inventory cost
  • Performing negotiation, reviews and approving purchases based on established policies.
