JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Plus 2 years experience as buying assistant or equivalent.
• Strong analytical capability and salesmanship with the ability to turn your analysis into action.
• Industry relevant experience in DTC lead brands.
• Customer centric mindset with clear understanding of the target customer.
• The ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals which requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• The ability to plan, organize and prioritize to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time, often with tight deadlines.

This is an opportunity for you who want to play a role in building and developing our Assortment. As an Assistant Product Manager, you will monitor product performance and sell-through, gather consumer insights, and follow the products through their product lifecycle. You will help with the work to ensure successful product launches and to identify areas for improvement and to drive product growth. You will also assist the Product Management team in keeping relevant business programs updated and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
You will be working in a dynamic and global organization, where teamwork and passion are key factors for our success. The position is based at Peak Performance HQ in Stockholm where you will be part of our Product Management team and report to Head of Product Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Product Manager in the seasonal sales follow up and market analysis for their Categories.
• Continuous sales analysis from DTC In-season selling.
• Assist the Product Manager in setting the seasonal strategies.
• Secure that the assortment building process is efficient by keeping all relevant systems updated throughout the full Assortment building process.
• Assist in the development of product strategies which involves conducting market research, analyzing competitor products, and understanding customer needs.
• Coordinating with various departments to ensure that the product development process runs smoothly.
