ABOUT THE POSITION

Our Distribution Centers utilize state-of-the-art technology and a dedicated team to provide Columbia Sportswear Company a competitive advantage in distribution. Teams are responsible for shipping millions of units of apparel, footwear, and equipment annually within the family of brands. Accurate order fulfillment and on-time shipments are the hallmarks of our facility.
As an Assitant Production Analyst, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and timely distribution of Columbia Sportswear product by managing the flow of groups of picktickets (waves) through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Total Rewards: This position offers competitive compensation of $22.75/hour to start and ongoing opportunities for Merit increases, up to $33.27/hour, Other rewards include:

JOB CONDITIONS

  • Job may require hours that often exceed 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week to complete priority projects.
  • Exposure to Distribution Center machinery/equipment such as conveyor belts, forklifts and loading docks.
  • Position requires frequent movement to all areas of distribution center and incumbent must be capable of managing telephone, radios, computer and verbal communication skills simultaneously.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. required.
