In alignment with our mission to foster innovative education, we invite applications for a full-time Assistant Professor position in Curriculum and Instruction.
Main roles & responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a vital role within the School of e-Education and is expected to be present on the Dubai campus during working hours. Responsibilities include:

• Teaching: Deliver engaging graduate courses utilizing advanced online learning platforms and innovative technologies.
• Curriculum Development: Design instructional materials and e-content tailored to the field of Curriculum and Instruction.
• Mentorship: Guide, advise, and mentor students throughout their academic journeys.
• Professional Development: Create and facilitate professional short courses and workshops aimed at specific target groups and professional communities.
• Research: Enhance the academic landscape by publishing research findings in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals. Developing proposals and pursue funding opportunities for research related to curriculum and instruction or associated fields.
• Service: Undertake necessary responsibilities to support academic programs and their accreditations.

Required qualification & skills

CANDIDATES SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• A Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from an accredited university where English is the language of instruction.
• The candidate should be capable of teaching at graduate levels.
• A demonstrated record of successful teaching experience at an accredited university.
• Experience in online/e-learning environments is required.
• Ability to integrate industry insights into curriculum development and classroom instruction.
• Proven capability in developing and delivering professional workshops.
