Assistant Project Coordinator

We are in search of a Sales Assistant based in Spokane, Washington, United States. The role involves assisting in project management within the heavy civil construction industry. The chosen candidate will be responsible for various tasks such as documentation and record-keeping, scheduling and coordination, budget and financial tracking, quality control and safety compliance, and administrative support.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Monitor project timelines and report any deviations
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders via phone and email
• Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and site inspections
• Support in tracking project expenses and managing the project budget
• Prepare financial reports and assist in cost control efforts
• Review project specifications and ensure compliance for quality control
• Assist in implementing and monitoring safety protocols
• Provide general administrative support to the project management team
• Manage project correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  Skills required include proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, About Time, Cash Activity, Closing Processes, and Complaint Handling.
