Description:
We are recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Clinical Systems team on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
This is a full time role (37.5 hours per week) based at our Littlemore Mental Health Centre in Oxford where you will be responsible for supporting on a number of digital projects across the Trust to ensure our programmes of change and related project activities are delivered effectively through a PRINCE2 project support system.
You’ll play a key role in monitory, reporting and evaluating projects as well as delivering system training for professionals and clinicians across the Trust.

Supporting digital projects and project activities within the Clinical Systems team
Prioritising multiple projects and tasks appropriately to meet the needs of the Trust, the department and associated deadline through contributing and maintaining a PRINCE2 based project support system and associated functions
Design, develop and implement appropriate Programme and Project reporting to provide assurance to the Executive and Board as well as coordination, gathering and collating of regular updates from leads
Co-ordinate and provide support and training for staff where required during change management and project activities – particularly during change implementation phases
Deputise for Project and Programme Managers where required and bring to the attention of colleagues any urgent or potential issues that could cause disruption to planned business changes
