Assistant Project Manager - Construction

• An eager and focused individual with the drive to support fast-paced hotel renovation and construction and learn the facets of negotiating every angle of the full scope of the project.
• You are a suave and determined negotiator, who can facilitate relationships amongst various internal and external stakeholders.
• You keep exacting records, with an eye toward presentation and accessibility of information.
• You anticipate scheduling and budgetary conflicts and initiate solutions.
• An individual with a background in hotel, commercial, tenant improvement, or retail construction experience, who is looking to take the next step in their upward trajectory in project management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar experience
• 2-3 years of construction project management experience and/or tenant improvement experience
• Fully proficient in English
• Ability to travel to the US at least 25% in role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Experience in traveling construction groups preferred
• Experience with PlanGrid and Bluebeam preferred
