Responsibilities:
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for supporting and contributing to the planning and execution of T&I projects from start to finish, including, but not limited to project development, monitoring project progress, following up with stakeholders, scheduling meetings and maintaining project documents and reports.
The Assistant Project Manager will perform tasks as assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner. The Assistant Project Manager will assist the Project Manager with administrative tasks that support the coordination and management of projects related to the planning, execution, monitoring and control and quality assurance of projects that involve multiple stakeholders and functional areas across partnership institutions. This position provides additional support as required and includes the following broad range of accountabilities:
