ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER

Location: Southside Whyte Ave area (live-in or live-out options available)
Are you energetic, a self-starter, and great with people? Would you enjoy a role with 40% on-the-road work and 40% work-from-home? Do you have a valid driver’s license, a vehicle, and basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and email?
We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will help manage daily operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, and maintain property value.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Great communication and phone etiquette
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or admin work (preferred)
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to build positive relationships and handle conflicts
  • Ability to perform light handyman tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and prospective renters

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on work orders
