QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years or more of community management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Current valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  Experience with Yardi software would be a plus. Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills? Are you self-motivated, a team player, and goal-oriented?
