As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in tenant and owner communications, coordinating property maintenance, organizing legal and administrative processes, and supporting the smooth operation of our properties. From managing leases and inspections to responding to inquiries and assisting with marketing efforts, your work will directly impact the efficiency and quality of our services.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • Minimum 1-year in a property management support role
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Actively pursuing or open to obtaining a Property Management license
  • Class 5 Driver’s Licence and a personal vehicle

Responsibilities:

  • Tenant Relations: Handle move-in/out inspections, rent/utilities follow-ups, and tenant inquiries.
  • Owner Support: Respond to owner requests, manage property records, and send reports.
  • Administrative Duties: Organize files, manage keys, scan/upload documents, and oversee lease processes.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule inspections, manage maintenance requests, and liaise with vendors.
  • Legal Assistance: File dispute applications, prepare evidence, and assist in RTB hearings.
  • Office Management: Order supplies, audit parking/storage, and maintain property documents.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with social media and respond to prospect inquiries on various platforms.
  • Other Duties: Cover for the Property Manager as needed and ensure vendor work completion.
