Description:

We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager Team (two-people) to live and work at one of our properties in London. This position would require you to live on-site and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and two-three on-call evenings.
This position would require you to work with a partner and share a two-bedroom apartment.

The Opportunity

Assistant Property Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
  • Minor maintenance repairs
  • Preparing apartments for new residents
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
  • Assisting with leasing suites
  • Responding to on-call requests

Requirements

  • Cleaning experience
  • Minor maintenance skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to perform in a team environment
  • Ability to work some on-call evening and weekend shifts
