WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager to join our team at The Metropolitan - Fishers, a 304-unit community located in Fishers, Indiana. As an Assistant Property Manager at Ackermann Group, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the management of the daily activities of your assigned apartment community to ensure it is efficiently maintained, units are occupied, rental payments are received, reports are updated, resident issues are resolved, and employee relations are handled
- Helping to prioritize the overall marketing efforts to ensure the apartment community meets required occupancy goals
- Ensuring all property management activities are conducted according to the Company’s standardized policy and procedures and in accordance with any municipal, state, or federal rules and regulations
Responsibilities:
