Description:
EXPERIENCE:
- 10 years and above in a Quality function role from Optics manufacturing, Precision Machining or Advanced assembly manufacturing industry
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Sound knowledge and application of ISO 9001/ISO 14001 standards
- Sound knowledge and application of Quality Tools
- Experienced in PPAP, Risk management and SPC methodologies
- Proficient in English and Chinese language to communicate with customers and suppliers from Asia, Europe, and USA
- Able to travel to China and Malaysia to support business needs

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF JOB
Supporting the head of department, the selected applicant will work closely with WEO manufacturing sites to ensure the seamless rollout of planning and execution of the corporate quality strategy and tactical action plans.
The individual shall lead the QA activities for the assigned business unit / product lines, monitor QA performance metrics and ensure timely and effective counter measures are implemented to address negative trends.
