Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Associate for our Quantity Surveying team who is dedicated to providing an excellent service, to join our growing and successful London Project team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with all pre-contract and post contract surveying services on a range of construction projects
  • Actively looking to take on additional responsibility and able to stand in for the Project QS or Senior QS when they are unavailable, and to start running and leading on your own projects with some supervision.
  • Taking responsibility for successfully completing all allocated QS and PM tasks to a high degree of accuracy.
  • Assisting with Employer’s Agent services on Design and Build projects and assuming the principal EA role where possible.
  • Following the company Quality Management System in the delivery of all services
  • Assisting on multiple projects simultaneously and developing excellent time management strategies.
  • Treating all clients to exceptional level of service
  • Undertaking a minimum of 20 hours Continuing Professional Development every year.
