JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist in tender preparation, submission and quotation
• Quantities taking off for tender and ongoing projects
• Sourcing and comparison of costing from various suppliers and budgeting
• Liasing with sub contractor for quotation and procurement of materials
• Project Administration, Contracts variations & documentation.
• Preparation and Submission of Progress Claims
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

This is a full-time on-site position for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor . The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of cost control procedures, preparing and analyzing BOQ (Bills of Quantities), cost management and cost planning, and cost reporting. They will work closely with the team to ensure the timely and accurate completion of projects.
