ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Sheffield. In this role, you will minimise the cost and risk of ITI Group’s projects and enhance value for money, whilst achieving the required legal standards and quality support to the project management function.
Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the management of costs and earnings on projects, including estimating, planning, measuring and monitoring progress and costs.
You will also have the opportunity to maintain project controls, develop and negotiate claims, contract management and give advice on legal and contractual issues for groups of smaller projects as well as large-scale projects.
Salary: up to £32,000 depending on skills and experience.
