TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must live in Northern or Central California
• 40-50% travel required by car (mileage included)

What you bring to SBHG (Qualifications):

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, social services, health care administration, public administration, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in above and MSW, MFT, PCC, or Psychology PhD preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience as an administrator with SBHG or similar experience with another organization is preferred.
• Additional requirement for Assistant Regional Administrator overseeing 24/7 programs:
• Three (3) years of experience managing 24/7 behavioral health programs is required.
• Licensed as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Psy.D. preferred.
• A Valid California Driver’s License is required.
• Valid CPR certification is required within 30 days of employment.
• Valid First Aid certification is required within 30 days of employment.
• Valid Proact certification is required within 30 days of employment.
