Assistant Regional Logistics Technician Manager (Teresa, Rizal)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: As the Regional LogTech Manager you will manage all logistics and After sales Operations within your assigned region, overseeing a team of Solar Logistics Technicians (LogTechs) and ensuring that the logistics hubs are fully operational, efficient, and meeting performance targets. This position will ensure quality customer service, maintain inventory control, and facilitate the training and development of technicians. The Regional LogTech Manager will report directly to the Chief LogTech Officer and work collaboratively with regional teams to improve processes, resolve technical issues, and help roll out new products and services.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in logistics management, technical operations, or field service management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proven experience in managing teams, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with solar technology, technical repair, and field service management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Willingness to travel within the region to support hubs and operations.
