Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, due to business requirements.
- Diploma holders or university graduates with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial services, particularly in frontline client service roles.
- Completion of CACS Paper 1 & 2 is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Private Banking investment products, including FX, equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and working effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to work beyond standard hours as needed.
- A proactive and collaborative team player in a dynamic setting.
- Demonstrated interest in the private banking sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with various business units to ensure client documentation aligns with established policies and procedures.
- Promptly address and resolve client inquiries.
- Process client orders.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s relationship with the bank.
- Operational Duties:
- Resolve settlement and funding issues.
- Follow up on margin calls and manage collateral-related concerns.
- Manage transactional documentation, including client suitability and eligibility.
- Policy Adherence:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Complete administrative responsibilities, such as coordinating travel and hotel arrangements, processing expense claims, and distributing marketing materials.
