As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead floor operations in a fine dining setting with confidence, ensuring seamless service flow while upholding our high service standards. Delivering friendly, courteous, and professional service is paramount. You’ll oversee staff, providing regular feedback and appraisals to maintain our agreed-upon skills and standards. Committed to food safety and quality, you’ll enforce all regulations rigorously. You’ll also assist senior management in strategic planning and decision-making to enhance overall restaurant performance.
