Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to join our tight-knit team. Brooke is an independent Restaurant in Abbeville Road serving some of the best wine, beer, and food in the area.
As an Assistant Manager you will work alongside our team to help upkeep and grow our friendly neighborhood image. You will receive support and training to progress within the company. You will not only be taking care of day-to-day management rolls but will also be very customer facing to ensure a good relationship is built with both guests and our team.
Our style of service is warm, friendly, and knowledgeable of both wine and food, this is reflected in the team you’ll be running.
As an Assistant Manager, you will benefit from:

7 SHIFTS A WEEK

Responsibilities include:
- Running services, opening and closing the business
- Training our FOH team, nurturing and supporting their development
- Building close relationships with our regulars
- Working closely with the General manager to develop the FOH offering.
- Staff rota management
- Manage the business aspects of the bar, dealing with suppliers, ordering and stock control
