Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to fine dining standards.
  • Maintain exceptional service quality, handling VIP guests and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor service staff.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecast, cost control, and sales performance, including upselling strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Assist in organizing special events, banquets, and private dining experiences.
  • Address guest concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Plan staffs’ work schedule and prepare timesheet.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within Cantonese dining or luxury hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of Cantonese cuisine, dining etiquette, and cultural service expectations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese to communicate with guests and kitchen teams.
  • Comfortable working split shift as well as weekends and public holidays.

Other Information:

  • Location: Orchard
  • Working hours: 5 days work week, split shift schedule
  • Entitled to AWS, Performance Bonus and split shift allowance
