Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE?

Together with the Restaurant & Lounge Manager you will be in charge of all aspects of a multi-dimensional restaurant. You will lead the team whilst creating outstanding experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities vary from supporting and managing your team to successful breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner services, as well as making sure all the administrative tasks are fulfilled within the office. You will make sure to constantly share your knowledge with the team to ensure their continuous development. You will bring in creative ideas for generating more revenue and higher guest ratings.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager you are comfortable with sharing the leadership role to coach our team to success. You are motivated to lead by example, teach others and you possess strong communication skills. Furthermore, you have:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a leadership role at a (luxury) restaurant or hotel;
  • Proficiency in English (Dutch preferred);
  • Ability to work evenings and weekend shifts;
  • The ability and insight of training new colleagues;
  • the ability to work on a high professional level, adhering to the Conservatorium hotel standards
