We’re seeking an ambitious Assistant Restaurant General Manager to help launch their brand-new food outlet in Cork. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, leading a team to success and playing a key role in shaping the future of this growing business.

• Work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring excellence in both Front and Back of House
• Inspire and lead Supervisors, Shift Leaders, and Team Members to deliver top-tier customer experiences
• Take charge of staffing, training, and scheduling to build and maintain a high-performing team
• Ensure compliance with company standards, including food hygiene, health and safety, and financial audits
• Contribute to local marketing initiatives to boost visibility and drive sales
• Monitor costs to achieve financial goals while maintaining high standards of service and quality
• Support Back of House operations during busy periods, providing training and guidance as needed
• Conduct regular line checks and audits to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience, ideally in a restaurant or fast-food environment
• At least 3 year’s of management experience in a high-paced setting
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on and proactive attitude
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and travel to other locations if required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to lead, develop, and inspire your team
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards in food safety, hygiene, and customer service
