Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Italian restaurant, CottoCr ud o.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will report to the Restaurant Manager and is part of the departmental leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the outlets. The Assistant Restaurant Manager responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant and bar. The primary responsibilities for this position are to ensure our guests receive the highest level of food quality and service, manage and develop a team, monitor and strive for the annual budget, manage labor cost and operating expenses of the restaurant and develop relationships with guests, key suppliers and industry associates.
For this role EU work authorization is required. This position is offered for a defined contract of 24 months with the possibility of extension to unlimited, based on your performance. Your trial period will be 6 months.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop and maintain an elegantly appointed environment, with superior staff, dedicated to an attentive, distinctive experience for all meal periods.
• Hire, train, supervise all restaurant staff, maintain a friendly yet unobtrusive manner with all guests.
• Ensure a consistent service level in all outlet, anticipate, in advance, all materials and supplies and assure their availability.
• Complete and conduct performance evaluations for employees and maintain a daily log communication between restaurant staff and with upper management.
• Promote good public relations and handle complaints or concerns of guests.
