ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

Permanent position
We are looking for experienced and reliable Assistant Manager staff to join our amazing restaurant team, offering a local dining experience.
The Coast Restaurant is located at Great Ocean Road Resort in Anglesea, with luxurious, newly renovated facilities.
Our restaurant is open 7 nights a week for dinner and we also provide corporate, conference and function guests with an exceptional dining experience during their stay. The successful applicant must be able to be flexible as hours may vary from dinners to occasional conference breakfasts / lunches.
We’re also proud to offer our seasonal events in collaboration with our local suppliers including a popular annual gin night and wine night.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be flexible to work weekends
• Previous hospitality experience essential
• Exceptional communication & customer service skills
• Highly organised and ability to work independently
• Bar experience / RSA essential
• Barista experience highly desirable
