REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience using Infrasys is highly regarded
  • Cocktail and general wine knowledge
  • Current RSA
  • Current RMLV is advantageous
  • Flexibility around working across all shifts including nights, weekends & public holidays
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Unlimited/Unrestricted work rights in Australia

Responsibilities:

  • Hands on role, working closely with the F&B Manager and Assistant Bar Manager to constantly drive improvement
  • Assist with Management of Lennons Restaurant & Bar, In Room Dining, Studio Boardrooms
  • Training and development of all team members
  • Assist with management of rosters and management of payroll costs whilst on shift
  • Ordering and stock control
  • In conjunction with Sales & Marketing, execute promotional activities for the Food & Beverage
  • Work with the Food & Beverage Manager to identify ahead of time and respond to market trends, along with a focus on Hyatt’s Top 20 fundamentals in F&B
