REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Previous experience using Infrasys is highly regarded
- Cocktail and general wine knowledge
- Current RSA
- Current RMLV is advantageous
- Flexibility around working across all shifts including nights, weekends & public holidays
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Hands on role, working closely with the F&B Manager and Assistant Bar Manager to constantly drive improvement
- Assist with Management of Lennons Restaurant & Bar, In Room Dining, Studio Boardrooms
- Training and development of all team members
- Assist with management of rosters and management of payroll costs whilst on shift
- Ordering and stock control
- In conjunction with Sales & Marketing, execute promotional activities for the Food & Beverage
- Work with the Food & Beverage Manager to identify ahead of time and respond to market trends, along with a focus on Hyatt’s Top 20 fundamentals in F&B
