Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join us at our Casual Dining restaurant Sadler’s in Fethard, Co. Tipperary
Working directly with local farmers and artisan producers, will offer its local and visiting guests a true ‘Taste of Tipperary’.

• Effectively lead The Restaurant Team to ensure all guests receive an excellent experience.
• Ensure service standards are kept to the highest level whilst continually looking for areas to improve.
• Lead your team effectively with on-going service standards training and personal development plans.
• Continually update service offerings in line with trends and guest expectations.
• Connect with colleagues and guests alike in a positive and friendly manner.
• Manage team rosters, stock, costs, and budgets in line with company expectations.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that communication is strong amongst the entire Restaurant Team.
