Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our small and tight knit team. This role will be largely service focused, as well as assisting management in the day to day operations of the restaurant; including but not limited to - employee scheduling, supervising staff and inventory management. The successful applicant will need to show strong leadership and management skills, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
We are looking for someone who shows a willingness to go above and beyond in their customer service role, and with a passion for food, craft beer and artisan wine.
The role would suit someone looking to move from a casual hospitality position to a full time and career driven role.
A minimum of 18 months experience in hospitality (ideally in a restaurant with table service) is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Afternoon shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• RSA (Preferred)
