Responsibilities:
As Assistant Retail Store Manager of our NEW Dotti store OPENING EARLY OCTOBER in Harbourtown, Biggera Waters on the Gold Coast, you will be responsible for working alongside the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.
To succeed in this role you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a genuine service experience for every Dotti customer.
This will be a great progressional role for anyone looking for a longterm career in RETAIL at the Just Group - being a NEW store in a DFO location, It will play a key role in managing the Dotti Clearance Business.
This is a full time position and will require availability per weekends, late night and trading hours and public holidays.
