This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest quality of retouching work while maintaining efficient workflow and team morale. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for photography and retouching.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in photo retouching, with a strong portfolio.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in retouching software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
