Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join Totalstay as an Assistant Revenue Manager and help maximise revenue across our aparthotel portfolio. In this role, you’ll analyse market trends, monitor key performance indicators, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimise pricing strategies.

YOU’D BE AN EXCELLENT FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in hotel revenue management or reservations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using revenue management systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in developing and implementing revenue management strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and demand factors to make informed pricing decisions.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy to identify opportunities for revenue optimisation.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and reservations teams to ensure pricing consistency and maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the accuracy of pricing and inventory on all OTA channels.
  • Generate reports and provide analysis to support decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supply monthly reports to various stakeholders as required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technology advancements in revenue management.
  • Engage with Tour Operators and Corporates to build relationships and encourage bookings.
  • Oversee the reservations staff when making bookings for groups, corporates, and Tour Operators.
  • Review content on all OTA’s and ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Investigate new OTA’s and advise on the feasibility of onboarding with them.
  • Engage with Operations on the onboarding of new properties, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information received.
