Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies to maximize room revenue.
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends, competitor pricing, and demand to optimize room availability and pricing.
  • Oversee the reservations team to ensure efficient and accurate reservation processing.
  • Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications with exceptional service standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Front Office, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
  • Review daily reports to track room availability, occupancy rates, and performance metrics.
  • Support revenue management processes through forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on revenue performance.
  • Maintain a strong focus on upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase revenue.
  • Provide training and guidance to the reservations team to enhance their product knowledge and service delivery.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles, booking systems, and hotel operations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
