I vores butikker er kunden i centrum, og du vil opleve at blive en del af et hold af yderst kompetente kolleger, der vil bidrage til, at din hverdag bliver alsidig og spændende. Du vil blive en del af Fiskars Danmark Retail, der på daglig basis arbejder med salg af Fiskars-produkter som Royal Copenhagen, Iittala, Fiskars Kitchen, Arabia samt Raadvad.
Som salgsassistent vil du få en central rolle af vores Concession Stores. Retail Teamet er et succesfuldt team i en spændende udvikling, hvor du i samarbejde med teamet vil få ansvaret for at udføre det salgs- og driftsmæssige arbejde i butikken, som skal sikre den unikke kundeoplevelse.

Dine arbejdsopgaver/områder vil være:

  • Sikre en unik kundeoplevelse og professionel rådgivning
  • Fokus på at opnå salgsmål og KPI´er i hh til målsætning
  • Medansvarlig for salg og service, vareflow, Visuel Merchandising og opnåelse af finansielle mål.
  • Bidrage til en positiv stemning i teamet, hvor samarbejde og tillid vægter højt
  • Deltage i events og andre kundetiltag
  • Ad hoc opgaver

Har du erfaring med detailhandlen og forstår kundernes behov?
Vi søger en person, som er en dygtig sælger og som kan sætte rammerne for den gode kundeoplevelse. Som person er du motiveret af salg og performance og det ligger dig naturligt at være serviceminded og udadvendt. Vi ser gerne, at du er en team player, som spiller dine kollegaer gode og kan bidrage med godt humør.
Den ideelle kandidat har erfaring med detailbranchen, og gerne med luksusbrands, samt har en naturlig interesse for nye trends. Du forstår kundernes behov og elsker at hjælpe kunder med at finde frem til netop det, de drømmer om. Derudover skal du kunne identificere dig med Royal Copenhagens profil og koncept og være et godt ansigt udadtil.

  • Har erfaring inden for detailbranchen, gerne med luksusbrands
  • Er udadvendt, og det falder dig naturligt at snakke med andre mennesker
  • Har let til smil og bliver ikke slået ud af modstand
  • Kan bevare overblikket i travle situationer
  • Har gode samarbejdsevner og er en god teamplayer
  • Er motiveret af salg og performance
  • Kan snakke flydende dansk og engelsk
