JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in managing the sales team and achieving targets, analyze sales performance and prepare reports, and conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with sales tracking software
  • Knowledge of fashion and retail industry trends
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve the company’s revenue targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking proactive measures to drive sales
  • Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment of products
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team and provide feedback for their development
  • Create sales reports and present them to the Sales Manager for review
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities to make strategic recommendations to the Sales Manager
