QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in the automotive sales industry, with a minimum of 3 years of successful sales performance
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams to deliver exceptional quality
  • Strong professional background in sales and customer service
  • Good numeracy skills and sound analyzing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Valid Driver’s License for Ontario
  • Valid OMVIC License
  • College Diploma or University Degree
    Pay Rate : Salary plus Incentives ($60,000-$100,000)

Responsibilities:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will collaborate with our sales team to drive performance, achieve targets, and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in various tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales department and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize sales volumes and profit performance
  • Providing guidance and support to the sales team in closing deals and exceeding sales targets
  • Analyzing the current finance and lease portfolio to identify opportunities for renewing customers
  • Engage and motivate your sales team to achieve key goals, performance expectations, and best practice processes
  • Coordinating with the marketing team to execute effective promotional campaigns and events to boost sales and increase brand awareness
  • Assisting in training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling techniques
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction
