• Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
• 5 – 10 years’ experience in similar role
• 5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good understanding of excel sheets, kWh production, yields, PDC/PAC ratio etc etc
• How a simple return model works
• Computer literacy: MS Office & CRM

• 2IC to the Head of Business Development Manager
• Streamline processes and communicate all changes to the team
• Manage CRM system
• Oversee technical reviews
• Cost on projects, balance the GP’s and push for more margin
• Work as a helping support during meetings for Business Developers to explain what the processes of closing deals
• Assist the marketing team with innovative ideas
• Clear understanding of the pressure in sales on the front end, what client expectation are, and to manage the process in between sales support and Business Developer
• Preliminary costings and assist with quotes
• Review data and solution
• Review proposals and designs
• Daily planning for the team
• Coordinate between sales team, designer and data analyst
