Responsibilities:
- Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for our customers
- Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts / accessories that will benefit the customer
- Liaising with the full Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments, based on workload and call volumes
- Provide daily updates to the team regarding department performance
- Supporting the team to ensure a focus on delivering fantastic customer outcomes
- Manage the loading of the workshop to ensure maximum productivity and quality of work
- Ensuring customers are kept up to date and their expectations are exceede
